Pakistan is facing worsening climate impacts, including desertification, water scarcity, and more frequent extreme weather. Despite contributing less than 1% of global emissions, it is among the most vulnerable countries, with floods, droughts, heatwaves, and glacial flooding threatening food security,
livelihoods, and resources. Weak governance and limited resilience further intensify these challenges, leading to significant human and economic losses. Urgent collective action—through mitigation and adaptation—is essential to reduce these risks.
We unite leading global experts to collaboratively design impactful interventions, drawing on proven approaches and best practices from across different regions and sectors. By combining this international expertise with deep local insight,
we ensure our solutions are both innovative and contextually relevant. We then foster strong partnerships between these experts and local changemakers, building coalitions that enable effective implementation and sustainable scaling of our interventions to maximize long-term impact.
We provide early-stage funding to pilot innovative solutions, demonstrating their feasibility and real-world impact. By strategically combining public, private, and philanthropic
capital, we create tailored funding models that enable these solutions to grow sustainably and be replicated at scale.
